About the event
Join the first 2026 cohort designed to help managers apply intercultural approaches to strengthen leadership, communication, and management effectiveness.
Cohort 1 begins on Thursday, March 26, 2026, and runs for seven weeks, concluding Thursday, May 7. Participants engage in a structured learning experience that alternates between:
Four cohort-based interactive workshops
Three individual 1:1 professional coaching sessions

Program Format & Technology: Registration and payment are managed through Wix. Sessions will be held via Zoom, and program materials will be shared through Google Drive.
