Managing people in global education is challenging. With tight budgets, turnover, intergenerational dynamics, AI, and constant workload pressure, it's easy to get stuck in reactive mode. These aren't signs of inadequacy — they're reminders that effective leadership requires agility.

Many global educators navigate cultural complexity abroad yet haven't intentionally applied those intercultural skills within their own teams. When practiced deliberately, these skills strengthen trust, reduce conflict, and improve collaboration.

This cohort-based program combines the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) with personalized 1:1 coaching to help you build leadership capabilities with intention. Designed for global educators and higher-ed leaders, it provides structure and guidance to apply intercultural tools directly to your daily work.

Join one of three 2026 cohorts for this 10-hour, seven-week online program to:
Strengthen essential management and power skills.
Use IDI insights to reframe challenges and support a stronger team
Build practical skills in conflict resolution, generational dynamics, stakeholder management, and coaching-style communication.
Turn learning into an action plan through focused goals, coaching insights, and peer support.
